Permanent Placements

We will gladly support you in your HR efforts and manage the entire recruitment process for you.

We will do our very best to find the right candidate for you. One that matches your job profile and your company’s philosophy and expectations.

If we are successful, we will charge a fee which is a  percentage of the candidate’s yearly salary based on our general terms and conditions.

Mandate Order

A mandate order enables you to take advantage of our complete array of services by having us develop and place an advertisement for your open position in your favorite newspaper. Just call us or send an email with the job description and indicate that you are giving us a mandate order. We will then develop the text and layout, and place the advertisement in your newspaper of choice. We will also publish it on the internet at jobs.ch and on our company homepage. We will review all candidates that respond to the newspaper advertisement and apply online, and will invite qualified candidates for a personal interview at our office. Through this process of pre-screening, personal interviews and reference checks we will provide you with the best choice of candidates for your personal detailed interview(s) and selection.

Temporary Placements

Temporary employees provide you with the ability to easely and efficiently cover peak periods as well as replace people who will be absent for some period of time. Since your needs are usually urgent, we know that the key to success is to provide high quality candidates quickly. Therfore, when you give us a call or send an email with the required profile and the time-schedule you need someone for – we will give the matter our immediate attention and highest priority.

With temporary employees, we not only take responsibility for the recruitment process, we also handle the  entire administrative process including: employment contracts, social security and insurances, salary-payments, and even the letter of reference when the employee is finish working for you. In addition, we assume responsibility for certain risks such as pregnancy, accidents, illness - those unexpected things that can happen while someone is working for you. We charge a fee, which is a factor multiplied by the employee’s hourly or monthly salary.

Using us for urgently required temporary employees means you can satisfy your business needs with ease, faster, and with less risk!

Try & Hire

With try & hire you can take your time to get to know someone before you hire him/her. This gives you greater security and confidence in your hiring decision. With try & hire we handle the entire recruitment process as well as all administrative matters for the three-month try & hire period including employment contracts, insurances, salary payments and risks - comparable to our standard temporary placement service. After three months you are free to hire the try & hire employee permanently without any additional costs. This means you don’t need to hire a candidate you only know based on an interview –  you get to evaluate the candidate’s performance for three months before making your final hiring decision.  

Of course, you also have the option of hiring the candidate permanently before the end of the three-month try & hire period. In this case you will be charged a pro-rata fee based on our standard terms and conditions for  permanent placements

Payrolling

Payrolling means that we place one, or a group, of your employees on our payroll system. As in the case of temporary employees, we are responsible for all administrative matters including employment contracts, insurances, salary payments, and risks. With payrolling, employment terms are generally customized to meet the client company’s general employment practices. We charge a fee, which is a factor multiplied by the employee’s hourly or monthly salary.
