C.V. Tipps
Compose your C.V. chronologically... the “american way” (as we call it) of composing a C.V. is more and more used in practice in Switzerland. Start with your most current position and list all companies you have worked for going back in time. The advantage to this approach is that the HR professional can immediately identify your most current experience and the experience most relevant to the position you are seeking.
It is also important that your C.V. does not contain any gap in time and thus provide a reason for unnecessary questions. Therefore, please be time specific when listing positions showing both month and year (10/2005 – 11/2006)
